How do I get to Nomads Noosa? We’re located at 44 Noosa Dr, Noosa Heads, QLD, 4567. If you’re travelling by bus we’re located just a short walk from the Noosa Junction bus stop (we’re the closest hostel to the bus stop). If you’re driving just pop the address into Google Maps and we’ll see you soon!
Is there any parking at Nomads Noosa?Yes, we’ve got you covered. There are some spaces on site but they’re subject to availability.
Can I stay in my car or campervan outside Nomads Noosa before or after the tour? No. Unfortunately we are not allowed to let customers sleep in vehicles outside the hostel. Feel free to park up outside and stay in our hostel from as little as $20 per night (if you book the two night package only) or check out some of the local campgrounds online. Just make sure you have this planned out in advance as Noosa accom gets booked out quick!
Will there be toilets & showers on Fraser Island?Toilets? Of course. Whilst we do pride ourselves on giving an authentic Aussie experience, we won’t make you go in the bushes… Showers? No way. We advise you to leave the Pantene Pro-V at home! We are going to take you swimming in crystal clear freshwater lakes daily. Natures best bathing experience!
Where do we sleep on Fraser Island? We have an eco-certified campground set in an epic location right next to the beach. We provide all the gear (tents, sleeping bags & pillows) you just rock up and we’ll sort out everything else. We’ve also got a dingo-fence around the campsite so they won’t come and say hello whilst we’re having a BBQ.
I’ve heard about the Dingoes on Fraser Island. Are they dangerous?Dingos are incredible creatures but they are also wild animals so they can be aggressive if provoked. Follow your guides instructions on how to be Dingo-Safe and you’ll be right!
How old do I have to be to drive on the tour?
